EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy

 

                                                                                                

Tamr Henna is committed to deliver high-quality products to our customers and ensures that we do our best to meet customer satisfaction.

To ensure the safety of our valued customers, and due to the nature of the products we provide, which is primarily beauty and health-related, and by the established procedures in this field, we apologize that we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons. 

We will, however, accept returns or replacements only if: 

1.        You received a defective product

2.       The product you received is incomplete or different from what was ordered.

 

In the above two cases, we are pleased to offer you free delivery of the missing or replacement products.

 

Defective Product

 

Although we are doing our best to deliver the correct products in the best condition, we understand that mistakes may happen during shipping or unforeseen events. 

In case the product arrives damaged, defected or broken, please do the following:

1.        Please take pictures of the defective product along with the packing slip upon receiving your order and email us at [email protected].  You are eligible to return the product and request for replacement or refund, under the following conditions.

- Requests for replacement or refund must be made within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the delivery.

- The product must be in original packaging

- The product must be sealed, unopened and unused.

2.       Our delivery team will collect the items from you. 

3.       Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replacement within 7 days

 

Wrong  or Incomplete Product

 

1.        Please take pictures of the product you received along with the packing slip upon receiving your order and email us at [email protected].  You are eligible to return the product and request for replacement or refund, it under the following conditions:

- Requests for replacement or refund must be made within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the delivery.

- The product must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging

- The product must be unused

The product must not be damaged or spoiled (keep the product in a cool, dry place)  

2.       Our delivery team will collect the items from you. 

3.       Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replacement within 7 days.

 

Refunds

 

In the event that you opt to receive a refund, as per the conditions listed above. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please provide proof of purchase to process the refund.  If you paid with a credit/debit card at the time of purchase, we would credit the card within fourteen (14) days.
